Managerial Style
I am an easy manager to deal with, I openly set out my plans for the club with regards to the positions I want to sign. I make do with the resource available & rarely ask for more funds for transfer fees or attempt to alter the club’s wage structure.
I play an attacking 4-4-2 formation for every game. I have faith in my players and expect them to dictate how each game is played, rather than changing my tactics to fit the opposition.
I like to surround myself with the best quality coaches available.
I sparingly use scouts, as do a lot of scouting myself. I usually make do with one chief scout to occasionally search for promising youth players.
I work well with the media, always praising players who are in good form.
I will not tolerate players who bring the club into disrepute in the media or via other means. They will be transfer listed.
I will never stop a player from being transfer listed if they request it, I’d rather let them move on and find a replacement who is happy at my club.
